How to use Extract PDF Pages

  1. 1Add your PDF and wait for the thumbnails.
  2. 2Click the pages you want, Shift+click for a run, or type ranges like 4-9, 12.
  3. 3Choose One PDF with all selected pages, or A separate PDF for each page.
  4. 4Click Extract and download the PDF or ZIP.

Extract versus split

Extract makes one new file from the pages you pick, in page order. If you need several files at once, for example chapters 1 to 3 each in its own PDF, Split PDF is quicker. Choosing a separate PDF for each page here gives you individual pages bundled in a ZIP.

Good to know

  • The file name records the pages, like handbook-pages-4-9_12.pdf.
  • Pages are copied without re-rendering, so text remains searchable.
  • Form fields and bookmarks are not carried into the new file.

Privacy

Extraction runs locally in your browser. The source PDF is never uploaded and is left unchanged.
