How to use Rotate PDF
- 1Add your PDF and wait for the page thumbnails to appear.
- 2Click a page to turn it 90 degrees clockwise, or use the small left and right arrows under it.
- 3To rotate many pages at once, use All left or All right, or type a range like 2-5 and press a rotate button.
- 4Click Rotate pages and download the corrected PDF.
Lossless rotation
Rotation is stored in the page settings rather than by redrawing the page, so nothing is re-compressed. Text stays selectable, links keep working and the file size barely changes. The output is named like scan-rotated.pdf.
Common uses
- Scanned documents where some pages were fed in sideways.
- Landscape tables or charts inside a portrait report.
- Phone scans that came out upside down.
The preview shows exactly how each page will look, and a badge marks every page you have changed. Reset clears all changes if you want to start again.
Privacy
The PDF is opened and saved in your browser. It is never uploaded, so this works for confidential paperwork too.
Frequently asked questions
Is the rotation permanent?
Yes. The saved PDF opens with the new orientation in every PDF reader, not just in this browser.
Can I rotate only one page?
Yes. Click that page's thumbnail or its rotate arrows. Other pages stay as they were.
How do I rotate odd or even pages only?
Type the pages in the Rotate pages box, for example 1, 3, 5, 7, and press the rotate button you need.
Will rotating reduce quality?
No. Only the page orientation flag changes; the content is not re-rendered or compressed.
